    Job responsibilities

    • Study work order / purchase order to clearly understand the all deliverable required for project execution.
    • Scheduling for Intelligent Inspection of pipeline using resources manpower (site engineers, crew), machines / instruments -Cleaning tools/pigs followed by Intelligent Pigging/Inspection tools.
    • Coordinate with vendors for various subcontracting works like site surveys, technical reports, and purchase of instruments.
    • Make & amend procedures for intelligent pigging based on scope of work, project delivery expected while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Control project costs by minimizing waste; reduce number of mobilizations for execution, preplanning of jobs with necessary mitigation measures for anticipated hurdles of execution.
    • Ensure profitability in projects executed by getting actively involved in cross checking the costs & margins estimated by sales team while quoting for a project.
    • Make site visits to understand the voice of clients & make necessary amendments in execution for ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Provide management regular updates on project execution status, monthly financial performance analysis, need for new tools & resources to meet the future demands.
    • Co-ordination with site engineers, crew for daily project progress reports & work out next action plan based on observations of execution.
    • Guide & develop subordinates to take up higher roles in the organization.
    • Willing to travel.
    Data Analyst Engineer

    Job responsibilities

    • Carry out all Data Analysis related jobs. Production of Pipeline Inspection Reports through all phases of reporting Manual assessment of pipeline defects in magnetic data sets
    • Responsible for Pipeline In-Line Inspection /Survey Data Analysis, Anomaly Interpretation, System Integration, Pipeline Risk Assessment and Integrity Management
    • Carry out dig-up verification and prepare related reports
    • Conducting GPS Survey and Combine data from ILI Tools with GPS / INS data
    • Site survey: determine pipeline conditions and requirements prior to mobilization or inspection runs to ensure safe passage and optimum product velocity to achieve the best data quality.
    • Report presentation to clients and trouble shooting as required
    • Produced corrosion growth and comparison reports for clients and discussed follow on services for Total Integrity Packages
    • Conducting pull through test (PTT)
    • ILI Tools launching, tracking and receiving, Carry out pipeline inspection using caliper, MFL, TFI and UT tools
    • Conduct training to clients about usage of software at sites.
    • Identification and classification of pipeline defects in MFL and TFI Inspection data Process magnetic data from inspection vehicles to produce analysis data sets Produce inspection reports for clients and report presentations Identify Pipeline fittings and features to include in Pipeline Tally
    • Participate in internal audit and suggest corrective actions if required.
    • Co-ordinate with R&D and Software on improvements
    • Willing to travel.
    Field ILI Engineer

    Job responsibilities

    • Utilize knowledge of preparation & maintenance of tools for infield deployment
    • Provide front-line troubleshooting of electro-mechanical inspection equipment
    • Assist in the reduction of in line inspection tool maintenance costs
    • Identify quality or productivity issues & potential solutions
    • Ensure Field activities produce zero deficiencies & enable flawless field execution
    • Work closely with Application Engineering & Shop to reduce HSE risks in field, minimize lifting operations, obtain lighter, more user-friendly support equipment, lifting equipment
    • Obtain Level 1/Level 2 qualification/certification to perform field activities through competency management programs & workmanship standards across the Cleaning,Gauging and ILI tools
    • Support root cause analysis activities to enable prevention of reoccurring field failures
    • Fully accountable for leading highest level of HSE culture & compliance throughout field operations with support of HSE organization
    • Display infield interaction & excellent customer service, anticipation, personal accountability, support to each other & continuous improvement mindset
    • Timely communication of accurate metrics of Field operations progress, milestones, customer service satisfaction, productivity, HSE, Quality performance
    • Develop continuous improvement of service quality as measured by customer satisfaction responses.
    • Additional duties as required by the business.
